• Core Activities: * Allocation of financial support drawn exclusively from the institutional Academic Corpus Fund.

1. The Expenditure Mapping Principle: Program expenses cannot be processed without a prior, formalized Board Resolution or an approved budgetary framework from the parent Foundation's Board of Directors.

2. Mandatory Reporting Metrics: For all grant-funded schemes, compiling and delivering time-bound Utilization Certificates (UC), certified Statements of Expenditure (SoE), and CA-verified internal statements is mandatory. Where applicable, tracks will be mapped via the Public Financial Management System (PFMS).

3. The Non-Profit Baseline: No program or scheme shall be configured to distribute financial incentives or bonuses to members or office bearers; all processed resources remain trapped strictly inside the academic mandate.
